I'm Jonathan Perry a Counsellor, Supervisor and Life Coach based in Northampton

My work as both a counsellor and a supervisor is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) Registered Independent Counsellor.

Counselling and Life Coaching can be very different but both focus on empowering you to live your life in a way that is better for you. If something is troubling you or worrying you I may be able to help.
