I'm Jonathan Perry a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Supervisor and Life Coach based in Northampton

My work as Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am also a member of the BACP Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists.

Therapy  and Life Coaching can be very different but both focus on empowering you to live your life in a way that is better for you. If something is troubling you or worrying you I may be able to help.
