I'm Jonathan Perry a Counsellor, Supervisor and Life Coach based in Northampton.
My counselling practice is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am also a United Kingdom Register of Counsellors (UKRC) Registered Independent Counsellor. I am working towards BACP accreditation as a supervisor and apply the same high ethical standards to all my work.
Counselling and Life Coaching can be very different but both focus on empowering you to live your life in a way that is better for you. If something is troubling you or worrying you I may be able to help.
